Sterling Gelin is the President and CEO of G&M Center LLC, a supportive living facility dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities thrive. He founded G&M with his mother, Claire Meus, to create a safe and empowering environment built on compassion, respect, and personal growth. Sterling is passionate about expanding G&M’s impact and building a community where every resident can reach their fullest potential.

Claire Meus, LPN
Executive Director, G&M Center LLC
Claire Meus is the Executive Director and co-founder of G&M Center LLC. With over 5 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and over 20 years in healthcare, Claire has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of residents’ needs ensure that G&M Center offers a family-like environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Together, Sterling and Claire built G&M Center on three pillars: Compassion, Integrity, and Excellence. These values guide every aspect of the organization — from staff training to resident support — as they work to build a safe, nurturing community where everyone feels at home.
Who We Serve
We proudly serve children and young adults with developmental disabilities, typically between the ages of 7 and 17. Our residents thrive in a supportive, structured, and caring home environment designed to promote independence, personal growth, and belonging. Each individual receives personalized attention and compassionate care, ensuring their unique needs are met while fostering confidence, social skills, and overall well-being.
